Important Notice for Members and Visitors
Following on from the most recent updates from the Government, Fife Heritage Railway continues to be closed to ALL patrons, members, and volunteers.
We ask the public not to attempt any visits as there will be no admittance - any personnel in attendance will be strictly for security and maintenance purposes.
So....what does the immediate future bring? With the COVID-19 pandemic, the future of many heritage railways, including ourselves, is now in doubt. Just like every household and business - if there is no money coming in, we fail to meet our obligations for overheads and bills. Simply put; If we cannot open our doors, we cannot earn money to operate the charity, but we still have bills and overheads to pay. We KNOW everyone is in a fearful, stressful, and belt-tightening situation, however if you can consider a small donation to help us keep rolling until we can open our doors for your enjoyment again, we stand a chance of still having a bright future once this pandemic is over.
The team at FHR hope everyone keeps safe, takes all precautions in these unprecedented times, and of course we hope to provide enjoyment for you once again in the future.
